Tsering Chugye

Chugye works as a strategic consultant and serves at Tibet Youth Sci-tech & Innovation association as youth project director. She has a B.A. in Archaeology, Peking University and an MPA degree in Social Innovation, Impact and Investment, NYU. She had worked at Yiqiao China, One Foundation, World Youth Development Forum, and HiChina International Youth Development Alliance. In 2017, she co-initiated the Tibetan Youth Science and Technology Innovation Association and served as the director of the Youth Innovation Project. In 2018, she co-founded UNLetron Academy, a social enterprise dedicated to SDGs promotion and innovation incubation for youth. She is committed to youth development and cultural innovation, impact investing, and sustainable development of Chinese Ethnic minority areas.

Anthia Ma

Anthia provides quantitative analysis, fundamental research and transaction support to general municipal and airport clients at Frasca. Ms. Ma received her MPA in Public Finance from New York University, and a BS in business and finance from New York University Shanghai. She assisted the issuance of the USD 280m New York State Environment Facilities Corporation Green Bonds. Prior to joining Frasca, Ms. Ma worked as the research analyst for Debtwire which specialized in analysis and reports for fixed income market and defaults. She also served for the NYC Mayor`s Office, Planned Parenthood, Debtwire and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Yunting Feng

Yunting (Grace) Feng Corporate Banker at a leading Chinese Bank with a great passion for impact investing and sustainable finance. Extensive experience in leveraged finance, corporate loans, project finance, and subscription finance. Master of Public Administration at New York University, specializing in Social Impact, Innovation & Investment. Bachelor of Arts with double majors in English and French.

Xingzhi Wang

Xingzhi is a financial analyst currently based in Shanghai. He focuses on TMT industry trends and investment opportunities. Xingzhi was a graduate researcher at the NYU Furman Center, and data analyst at NYSAFAH, working on housing policy. Xingzhi holds an MPA from NYU Wagner School of Public Service, and a Bachelor of Finance from Shanghai International Studies University.

Elizabeth Li

Elizabeth Li is the Deputy Director of Blockchain Charity Foundation (BCF). Prior to BCF, Elizabeth has worked in impact investment and international development area in China, US, Switzerland, India and Mozambique with a focus on poverty alleviation and financial inclusion. Elizabeth holds a Master of Public Administration degree from New York University and BA in Japanese from Shanghai International Studies University.

Zhaoyi Gao

Zhaoyi currently works at Guidehouse as a financial industry management consultant. Zhaoyi holds an MPA from NYU Wagner School of Public Service, and a BA from Babson College. 

Zhaoyi worked at a number of top-tier financial corporations, such as the Hillhouse Group, CICC. He was the investment consultant on healthcare sector of the NYU Impact Investment Fund.
